All images and video recordings (recorded from cell phones, cameras, security systems, or any other device) are also kept private and confidential. Neither Cranberry Pet Care LLC nor the client will disseminate these images or video recording to others nor via online media without the express written consent of all parties involved.
What about policies for unforeseen circumstances?
Life happens. Remember, frequent, open communication between myself and clients is standard practice at Cranberry Pet Care! If Seneca Valley School District cancels school due to weather, then I have to cancel Cranberry Pet Care services for the day, too. Pet care services may be cancelled for the day with no charge, either by the client or by myself. Understanding of unforeseen circumstances is assumed.
